The following courses are available: 1. Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning Standard Program; On this course you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and emotional intelligence and their practical application for improving your health, lifestyle, relationships and happiness. You will become a competent user and set the foundations for your future personal and professional development. Based on standard 8 week programs, but in a format unique to Laurus. 2. Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning for Educators; learn the essentials of becoming a mindful teacher (with additional options and resources for primary, secondary and ESOL teachers). See your own performance and wellbeing improve, and take positive steps towards helping your students do the same. You must have completed the MISEL standard program or prove you have some prior mindfulness training to access this course. This course has been successfully taught to hundreds of teachers and been adopted by statutory bodies in Spain and the UK and has been approved for funding by the ERASMUS+ program. 3. Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning in Business and for Organisations; aimed at increasing wellbeing, performance and communication among individuals and teams. A very practical course based on key competences and tailoured systemic coaching. 4. Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning for learners of English as a second language, or students in general. This course is ideal for those learning English at levels B2, C1 and C2, undergraduates or young people doing A Levels. The course focusses on enhancing wellbeing, performance, communication, creativity and critical thinking. Includes resources for preparing and doing exams. 5. Learn English through our Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning ESOL, levels A2 and B1. This course is also contains resources and activities suitable for young learners (8-14 yrs).
